Designed by the Accessible Icon Project, this new handicap stencil design is now the new DOT spec for New York State. As the first state to adopt the "Accessible Icon", New York is paving the way for a national change to a more active symbol. The stencil is 39 inch tall, just as the standard symbol. It fits nicely on a 42" x 42" background (sold separately) or painted all by itself
